“It was a good game for us to have,” Kobe Bryant said afterward, noting it was a “mental battle” and the Lakers “didn’t panic” despite a 15-point halftime deficit. The Lakers need some pressurized situations to heighten their focus. Almost all the chill Lakers fans were on their feet, reveling in the rediscovered intensity – even though there were more than five minutes still left in the game!
