For sure! I hope this was just a freak game and not a sign of things to come! - Let Me Tell You Why I’m a Kobe Fan
@mac I’m sorry bro. You must really love “sjax”. I feel for you. You can try and spin “i’m not a fan of Kobe” in any direction you want. But i’m just quoting the guy. He didn’t have to say it. But he did. So the rest of Laker bloggers are talking about. Period. - Stephen Jackson Needs To Shut Up!!!
@mac I must say I respect your boldness. But taking personal shots at a blogger is a little below the belt. Just because you can hide behind a keyboard and an anonymous name doesn’t mean it won’t catch up to you someday. And don’t worry, I’m not taking your criticism too seriously. Do you blog? Do you write? Or are you just one of these wannabees who criticizes everyone else and can’t cut it on his own. I find it very difficult to believe you are not a “sjax” fan.
- Western Conference Playoff Predictions – 2009-2010
My thinking was that there really wasn’t anybody at that 8 spot, so the Suns would sneek in. The Rockets maybe but Yao is out for the season so I don’t see that happening. Outside of them you are left with the Warriors, Clippers, Kings, Grizzlies T-wolves, and Thunder. I don’t think any of those teams can beat out the Suns for that 8th spot if Nash and Amare are healthy all season. And as far as the Lakers go. Trust me. It pains me not to think of them winning 70 games and finishing at the top when the season ends. As much as I want this too I don’t see it happening. I think the Lakers will coast a little bit through the season. Kobe, Pau, and Fish will let Bynum and crew kind of take over during the season. Then I expect them to kick it into next gear come April 15th and repeat as champions!
- Lakers Beat Warriors 118-101
You are so right! Ron almost had a triple-double. Bynum keeps this improvement up he could be an all-star this year.

The direct quote from Sheed is not from Slam Online. It was from Tom Halzack of Celtics Central of the Connecticut Post.
Slam picked it up like everyone else. Give credit where credit is due and give a guy his day in the sun.
Thanks,

72 wins? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Hahahaha it’s definitely a joke!
He certainly wants an attention…
I think he meant about 72 wins is seasons+playoffs lol
I would say this season they’ll probably win 59-63 games
and will be eliminated by the EC semis by either Orlando or Cavs.
Thanks for the fix.
After that, LA Times (and others) picked it up from Sporting News and attributed it from them. I guess I can’t win. lol!
I appreciate you making the change.
peace,
Tom
