Best Kobe Photos of 2008-2009
This is from the February 5th game at Boston when the Lakers beat the Celtics in overtime. You can see from this picture how intense the game actually was. Kobe getting ready defensively against Paul Pierce. He actually shuts Pierce down on this play as Pierce tries to drive left and Kobe reaches in and knocks the ball out forcing the game into overtime.
Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo tries to bully Kobe with a little push to the chest and Kobe will have nothing to do with it. He sticks his finger in Rondo’s face as if to scold a teenager. Classic picture! Rajon Rondo should be embarrassed about this one!
The night Kobe Bryant scored 61 at Madison Square Garden. He had this intense look on his face all night long right from the very beginning of the game. You knew right from the start that he came to do something special. You just didn’t know it would end up being the all time MSG scoring record in one night!
Feel like you’ve seen this picture before? Any Deja Vu anyone? That’s because there is a picture of Michael Jordan guarding Magic Johnson that looks just like it! Kobe got the best of Lebron in this game as Kobe Bryant showed why he is still the best basketball player on the planet.
Just another day at the office for Kobe. This was shortly before hitting the game winning shot against the Pacers at home. Kobe showing a little frustration during the game. Even the best himself gets frustrated from time to time.
Kobe getting in the face of Garnett and Paul Pierce probably telling them to stop their whining after every single call that doesn’t go their way! Of course being the Celtics, they didn’t listen and continued to complain anyways.
Great shot of Kobe Bryant going to the basket with a reverse layup not even looking at the basket. And yes in case you are a doubter this shot did go in!
Kobe Bryant putting in the work before a game against the Celtics on Christmas Day. Going through his normal gameday routine with jumpshots hours before tipoff.
Look out below Boston. There’s a flying Kobe Bryant in the air attacking the rim. Great photo of Kobe receiving a backdoor pass from Luke Walton and going up and slamming one through all in one motion. Great shot from behind the basket of this play.
Just another day at the office for Kobe Bryant giving high fives to a few fans as he leaves the court to the locker room after beating the Celtics on Christmas day.

i am spanish (sorry for my poor language) and i think that kobe bryant is the best player in the history in the NBA. i am a big fan of him, and he is gonna win the competition this year, i’m sure!!
NO DOUBT ABOUT IT
Kobe best player trough the history of NBA WTF!!!1!
It’s MJ
how did MJ became the best ever?
1.best scorer – abdul-jabbar holds the record for most career points. wilt for single game. kobe is the 2nd. MJ highest score in a single game is 64 against the celtics in a LOSING effort with overtime. though MJ holds the record for most career pts ave. in the playoffs, he havent won a single playoff series in his first 3 years.
2.best defensive player – Jordan’s supporters frequently refer to the number of times that Jordan made the All-defensive team. The All-defensive team wasn’t created until 1969 – Bill Russell’s final season, and yes, Russell did make it. Walt Frazier made the first seven teams (1969-75). It didn’t exist during his first 2 seasons. Defensive Player of the Year. award wasn’t issued until the 1983 season. It’s safe to say that Bill Russell would have won quite a few of these, and Wilt probably would have won in 1972 and 73. Steals and blocks stats weren’t officially recorded until the 1974 seasons – Oscar Robertson’s final season and the season after Wilt Chamberlain retired. Unofficial stats frequently had Walt Frazier making well over 5 steals, and in Wilt Chamberlain’s first game, he unofficially had 17 blocks. Hall of fame official Earl Strohm said that he estimated, Wilt and Bill Russell averaged about 8 blocks per game in the many games that he worked. We all know that PIPPEN is a better defensive player than MJ.
3.finals mvp – This award also wasn’t created until 1969. When Bill Russell was the cornerstone of 11 championship teams, do you really doubt he wouldn’t have won a whole lot of these? (Remember, Russell has just as many regular season MVPs as Jordan).
4.finals won – MJ won 6, Bill Russell won 11. enough said.
5.and may i add, MJ has a record of FIVE LOSING SEASON. 3 with bulls and 2 with wizards. lost 3 straight 1st round playoffs, and missed the playoff twice. MJ havent won anything without a top 50 greatest of all time as his teammate. never in college, never in NBA.
so what does MJ really good at???????
SELL SHOES!
kobe is alright but MJ is better
kareem abdul jabbar is the best player who ever played this game
