Kobe Makes Sure Lakers Take Care of the Thunder

We knew this would be a tough spot for the Lakers. What we didn’t know was that Kobe Bryant would take charge early, and lead his team to a 105-98 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder at Staples Center. Fresh off of a successful 6-0 road trip, the last thing the Lakers wanted to see was a young, athletic, and hungry team like the 11-38 Thunder that was standing in the way of their seventh straight victory. But Kobe somehow finds a way to motivate himself in these types of games, and his play was big reason that the Lakers didn’t suffer a letdown against one of the worst teams in the league…
